What we do
New employee onboarding is the comprehensive process of assimilating a newcomer into the company and its culture. This includes equipping the new hire with the essential tools and information required to seamlessly transition into a productive and valued member of the team.
It is a critical step in gathering legally mandated information, ensuring adherence to numerous laws across the nation.
The goal is to expedite the journey to peak job performance. Building a strong onboarding process is the best way to welcome, and retain, new employees.
Our services provide

Day 1
Facilitate a structured HR onboarding meeting, covering essential aspects like benefits enrollment, company holidays and policies, employee handbook, organizational structure, team culture, and a thorough review of your company's vision, mission, and values.
First Week
In the initial week, it's crucial to articulate job descriptions, expectations, performance goals, tracked metrics, and the workplace culture to your new employee. Clearly defined job expectations should be documented and unambiguous, offering employees the chance to seek clarification and pose questions about their roles. Performance goals should adhere to the SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound), with employees understanding the evaluation process in terms of how and when it occurs. Openly communicating these expectations within the first few days of employment signals to employees that your company values transparency, honesty, and a clear sense of purpose.

What we offer
At New TridentPeak, we believe in personalized solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of both our clients and us. We understand that each partnership is distinct, so we customize every New TridentPeak agreement accordingly. Our priority is to foster client relationships built on individualized solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. We have two solutions to address your HR requirements and concerns.
Project Fees: In our experience, projects with clear goals, specific tasks, and a set timeframe work well with a fixed fee structure. This approach is often suitable for one-time projects with a defined start and end date.
Retainer Fees: When you opt for a retainer agreement, you are not just getting our services; you are gaining a trusted partner who is committed to understanding what’s effective in your business and where improvements can be made. This ongoing relationship with New TridentPeak involves monthly billing and a focus on achieving your goals through a series of planned deliverables. While we start with meeting your immediate needs, our approach remains adaptable to accommodate any changes or additional requirements along the way. These agreements typically last six months to a year.
